1. Login
Go2 operates independently and does not require account login. You can start using features right away.
If an error prompt appears on startup, please contact the store where you purchased the product and provide the SN number displayed.
2. Device Activation (First-Time Setup)
2.1 Pairing the Ring Controller
1. Power on the glasses. On the Bluetooth pairing page, press and hold the "OK" button on the ring until the LED flashes blue.
2. Release the button and wait for pairing to complete.
3. When “iTour Go2 Ring” shows as “Connected,” the pairing is successful.
2.2 Connecting to Wi-Fi
- Tap “Connect to Network” when prompted. Select and connect to a Wi-Fi network.
- After successfully connecting, press the "Back" button on the ring to return to the main screen.
3. Feature Overview
3.1 Conversation Mode
Bi-directional, real-time translation between two selected languages.
- Tap the "OK" button to start/stop translation.
- Access settings via the ring’s right button or by swiping forward on the touchpad.
- Configure source/target languages, font size, display mode, and voice settings.
- Connect to U6 watch for voice playback (see Settings > Headphones/Speakers).
- Language 1: Target language – displayed only (no audio).
- Language 2: Your language – translated and played via U6 watch.
Smartwatch Setup: Enable Bluetooth on both devices and start Conversation Mode on the glasses.
Server Settings: Servers are auto-selected. If translation fails, go to Settings > Translation Server and switch to a green-dot server.
Check Conversation History: Conversation records (text + audio) are saved under Home > History > Conversation.
3.2 Interpretation Mode
Translates from one source language (left) to one target language (right).
- Tap "OK" on the ring/touchpad to start/stop.
- Press the ring's [OK] button to start translation. Press [OK] again to stop.
- After entering the feature page, long-press the ring’s [OK] button or the glasses’ touchpad to access the settings.
- In the settings, you can configure the source language (for recognition), target language (for translation), font size for both original and translated text, and choose between original, translated, or bilingual display modes.
- Supports voice playback via connected headphones (see Settings > Headphones/Speakers for connection instructions).
Translation Server Location: By default, the system selects the nearest server based on your location.
- If translation fails to start after activation, go to Settings > Translation Server to check server status.
- Servers marked with a green dot are currently available. Try switching to another green-dot server and retry.
- If no servers show a green dot, your current network may be unstable or slow. Please switch to a different network and try again.

- After exiting the translation mode, your transcription history and audio recordings will be automatically saved. You can find them in Home > History > Transcription.
3.3 Speech Recognition (No Translation)
Recognizes speech in one language without translation.
- Press the ring's "OK" button to start recognition. Press "OK" again to stop.
- After entering the feature page, long-press the ring’s "OK" button or the glasses’ touchpad to access the settings
- In the settings, you can configure the source language (recognition language) and adjust the font size of the original text.
- Translation Server Location: By default, the system selects the nearest server based on your current location.
- If speech recognition fails to start, go to Settings > Translation Server to check the server status.
- Servers marked with a green dot are currently available. Try switching to another green-dot server and retry.
- If no servers show a green dot, your network connection may be unstable. Please switch to a different network and try again.
- After exiting the recognition mode, your recognized text and audio recordings will be automatically saved. You can find them in Home > History > Speech Recognition.
3.4 ChatGPT
Engage in voice conversations with ChatGPT.
- Press the ring’s [OK] button to start speech recognition.
- Ask your question by speaking. Press the [OK] button again to end your question. ChatGPT will generate a response based on your input.
- If no input is detected for an extended period, the recognition will automatically stop. Once a response is complete, recognition will automatically restart for your next question.
- After entering the feature page, long-press the ring’s [OK] button or the glasses’ touchpad to access the settings.
- In the settings, you can configure the source language (recognition language) and adjust the font size of the original text.
3.5 Live Subtitle Casting (via iTourAR App)
Requires connection with the iTourAR App. Compatible with Go2 glasses version 1.0.11 or above. You can check or update your current version in Settings > About Us.
Connection Steps with the Mobile App:
1. Download the iTourAR App on your phone.
2. Open the app and select “iTour Go2.”
3. On the glasses, launch Live Subtitle Casting.
4. Follow prompts to connect; the connected phone model will appear on the glasses.
3.6 Teleprompter
Requires Connection with the iTourAR Mobile App
- For connection steps, go to Subtitle Projection > Connect to Mobile App.
- Once connected, you can add teleprompter content in the mobile app under Teleprompter, then upload it to the glasses for use.

- To configure page-turning settings, go to Settings in the mobile app. By default, the system uses "Follow Reading" mode for page turning.

To delete teleprompter content from the glasses: In the teleprompter list, select the script you wish to delete, then long-press the ring’s [OK] button or the touchpad on the glasses to delete it.
3.7 Offline Translation
Works without internet. Supported features vary by firmware version.
- Supports 21 Offline Translation Languages

Initial Setup Required: To use offline translation, please download the offline language packs first.
Note: This feature is only available in version 1.0.33 or later. -
How to Download or Change Offline Languages:
Press and hold the ring’s OK button or the temple of the glasses to enter the settings page. From there, you can download or switch offline languages. -
Delete Offline Language Packs:
Go to Settings > Offline Resource Management, then delete the desired language pack. -
Offline History and Audio Recording:
After exiting the translation feature, all recognized text and audio will be automatically saved. You can find them under Home (Main Interface) > History > Offline Translation.
3.8 Language Learning Practice
The iTour Translator engages in role-play conversations based on the selected scenario to help you practice spoken interactions. After each session, the system will automatically correct grammar and provide a score based on your responses.
Currently supports English speaking practice only. This feature is supported on Go2 glasses version 1.0.31 and above. You can check or update your version in Settings > About Us.
- To begin, go to the conversation page and tap the ring’s "OK" button or the glasses’ touchpad to start speech recognition.
- Press the [OK] button or touchpad again to stop recognition. The system will then correct grammar and provide a score based on your response.
- On the feature page, long-press the ring’s "OK" button or the glasses’ touchpad to enter the settings menu.

In the settings, you can enable Prompt Mode (off by default) and Auto Translation (off by default), as well as change the target translation language.

When Prompt Mode is enabled, the system will provide sample answers for each question.

3.9 History
Translation records are saved locally. Long-press a record to delete it.
Tap to view record details, including the original text, translated text, and audio recordings.
Exporting Records
On Windows: Connecting the glasses to your Windows PC
Text records: Go to iTourGo2 > Documents
Audio recordings: Go to iTourTranslator > recording
Note: If only .pcm files are found in the folder (and no MP3 or WAV), play the corresponding record once in History on the glasses to generate the audio file.
On macOS: Connecting the glasses to your Windows PC
1. Download and install Android File Transfer.

2. Connect the glasses to your Mac.
3. Open Android File Transfer.

- iTour Go2 System Version: View the current system version of your Go2 glasses.
- Wi-Fi: Manage Wi-Fi network connections.
- Ring: For detailed instructions, refer to Glasses Activation > Ring Connection.
- Headphones/Speakers: Only supports officially paired or sold iTour Translator products — U6 Broadcasting Watch and Bluetooth Earphones.:

For U6 Broadcasting Watch (Speaker): Long-press the power button to turn on the watch. Go to the Bluetooth search list on the glasses and select U6 to connect.

For Earphones: Remove the earphones from the charging case.
On the glasses, go to Headphones/Speakers and open the Bluetooth search list. Select Z50S Pro Max or iTour 22 Pro to connect.

For U6 Broadcasting Watch (Speaker): Long-press the power button to turn on the watch. Go to the Bluetooth search list on the glasses and select U6 to connect.
- Volume: Adjust the volume for the glasses, speaker, or connected earphones.
- Brightness: Adjust the display brightness on the glasses.
- About Us:View device information and version details.
- Interface Language: Change the system UI language.
