I have spent more time updating software than using it and even after several updates it now says I can’t use the dual translator function because it needs another update, despite working after the last upgrade. The problem though is it is offering me another option to do the upgrade.
One other glitch was the Chrome browser wouldn’t open the pop up to login into the hotel wifi. Any functionality we could muster from the device was poor and we reverted to human translation

I travel a lot for work, but also we have many business partners and potentials come to our home office. While we usually like to make sure we have someone who speaks the language of our visiting nation, I also like to have a digital translator on hand too, in case we have a miscommunication, or need to go back on the conversation. Having the detachable second screen means we don't miss any of the conversation, because we can keep each section close to who is speaking. All around this product is fantastic, and works quickly in a real time setting to keep communication flowing.
I was honestly impressed with how well this little device does real-time translation. The photo and group chat translation features are awesome extras. It’s made it way easier for me to connect with people during business meetings. Super easy to use, really lightweight, and small enough to toss in your bag—perfect for travel. The dual HD screens are a nice bonus too, and you can tweak things like font size and brightness in the settings to make it just right for you.
Tried out the dual-screen translator at a café when I was traveling abroad. The dual-screen setup is genius, it makes conversations feel more natural because both people can see the translations in real time. The translation was pretty accurate in most cases, even the barista said it was really helpful for communication! worth the price!
