5. Common Issues During Use

1. No Translation While Headphones Are Plugged In

If translation works after unplugging the headphones, but not while they are connected, please check the following:

  • Audio Source: Confirm it is set to System Sound.
  • When using headphones, make sure your system still uses the correct output device for translation.

Note: Some headphone models may override system settings or route audio differently. Try switching to built-in speakers to test.

2. No Translation Displayed for an Extended Period

If the translation panel remains empty:

  • Ensure your audio source is correctly configured.
  • Verify that your network connection is stable and active.

Audio Source Guide:

  • System Sound (Speaker): Best for online meetings, video calls, and virtual classrooms.
  • Microphone: Use this mode to translate voice during in-person conversations or offline use.

3. No Translation in Online Meeting Software

  • Check the speaker output settings inside your meeting app. We recommend selecting System Default Output.
  • If settings are correct but translation still fails:
    • Check if your PC is connected to external speakers or audio devices.
    • If yes, switch the translation app’s audio input to Microphone.

Tip: Some external speakers may bypass the internal audio stream, preventing the app from detecting meeting sounds.

4. Floating Translation Window Displays Only One Line

If your floating translation box is too small or cuts off text:

  • Move your cursor to the bottom-right corner of the translation panel.
  • Click and drag to resize the window to fit more text.

This ensures better readability for longer translation results.

📶 Internet or Connection Issues?

  • Ensure a stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection
  • Disable VPNs or firewalls that may block app services
  • Restart the app or your computer if needed
