All iTourTranslator products come with a 12-month warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This guarantee ensures your purchase is protected for one year from the date of delivery.
1.2 What is Covered Under Warranty?
- Defective products: If your product has a manufacturing defect or malfunction within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
- Functional issues: Coverage applies if the product does not perform as described or fails to meet expected performance standards.
- Material and workmanship defects: Includes problems caused by poor construction or faulty materials under normal usage conditions.
1.3 What is Not Covered Under Warranty?
- Accidental damage: Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, spills, or drops.
- Normal wear and tear: Items that naturally degrade over time with regular use (e.g., battery life).
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs: Products that have been tampered with, opened, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- External factors: Damage caused by power surges, lightning, or natural disasters.
1.4 Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Once we receive your claim, we will assess the issue and offer a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a full refund depending on the nature of the defect.
2. Return Policy
2.1 General Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for all products. Please review the following return guidelines for complete instructions.
2.2 Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- For defective or damaged products, returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase. Proof of defect or damage is required (photos/videos).
2.3 Return Process
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization if required.
- Step 3: Package the product securely with all original contents.

Please Note: Refunds are only issued once the return is received and inspected at our facility. Returns sent to incorrect addresses cannot be guaranteed.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

5. Shipping Costs
● For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
● For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
● Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5.1 International Returns
For orders shipped outside of the United States, customers are responsible for all return
shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect. This includes:

● Brokerage or handling fees
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items not successfully delivered.
Please note that any customs duties or taxes paid during the original shipment are
