iTour Subtitle Translation User Guide
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for using the iTour subtitle translation tool—from uploading your video and generating subtitles, to translating and exporting the final version. Follow the sections below to make the most of each feature.

1. Uploading a Video
Begin by uploading the video you'd like to edit.
Click the upload button as shown in the image below to upload your video.
2. Generating Subtitles
Convert your video's audio into text using the subtitle recognition feature.
2.1 After uploading the video:
Select Video → Audio to Text (iTour).
Alternatively, click the red-framed area in the image below, or use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + R.
2.2 Set Recognition Language:
Select the language to be recognized in the image below, then click Recognize.
2.3 View Recognition Result:
Once recognition is successful, the transcribed content will appear as shown in the image below.

3. Translating Subtitles
Easily translate your subtitles into different languages with the built-in translation tool.
3.1 Start Translation:
Choose Auto-translate to start
or click the red-framed area as shown below. You may also use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + G.
3.2 Select Languages and Translate:
In the next screen, select the source and target languages, then click Translate. Once the translation is complete, click Confirm to apply it.
4. Exporting Video with Subtitles
Generate a new video with the translated subtitles burned in.
Go to: Video → Generate Video with Burned-in Subtitle, configure the export parameters, and proceed to generate your video.
5. Viewing Usage Records
Keep track of your subtitle processing and translation activity.
Navigate to: Profile → Consumption Details to view your usage and transaction history.
6. Recharging Your Account
Ensure you have enough balance for continued subtitle processing and translation.
To recharge your account, please visit the official website.( https://h5.itourtranslator.com ) Go to Profile → Recharge to access the recharge page.
6.1 If Not Logged In:
Make sure to log in with the same account used in Subtitle. (You can verify your account via Profile → Amount.)
For example, to log in with a mobile number, select Mobile Number or Email Login on the official recharge page. Choose your country code, enter your mobile number and password, then click Login.
6.2 If Already Logged In:
Make sure your current login matches the Subtitle account.
If there's a mismatch, log out from the recharge page and sign in with the correct account.
