🔧 Common Product Questions
1. How do I connect the main and secondary devices?
Press and hold the red power buttons on both devices. Once both screens turn on, use the main device to scan the QR code displayed on the sub device’s screen. Once paired, the devices will connect automatically.
2. Why isn't the camera working properly?
The camera is located at the top rear of the main device. If the hinge of the secondary device is blocking the lens, simply rotate it back to its original position to reveal the camera.
3. How do I connect to the internet?
We recommend using online translation for the best results, which works via Wi-Fi or mobile hotspots.
- iPhone hotspot: Enable Maximize Compatibility in your hotspot settings.
- Wi-Fi setup: Go to Settings → WLAN → Turn On → Select and Connect to Wi-Fi.
4. How do I charge the device?
Please charge the device before first use. A full charge typically takes around 2 hours.
Note: Only supports 5V/1A charging. Fast charging is not supported.
5. Why is the translation quality poor?
Speak clearly and avoid strong dialects for better accuracy. Please use full sentences.
When using online translation, ensure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile network. Unstable connections may cause delays or interruptions. If issues persist, try switching to another network.
