Learn how to install, log in, and use iTour Voice Translator for Windows. This guide covers audio setup, real-time speech translation, meeting app integration, and troubleshooting tips.

2. System Requirements
- Compatible with Windows 10 and above only.
- Note: Avoid using a VPN, as it may interfere with translation functionality.
3. Troubleshooting
Not working as expected? We’ve listed the most common issues and simple solutions to help you get back on track quickly.
1. No Translation When Headphones Are Plugged In (But Works After Unplugging)
If translation stops working when headphones are connected, please check the following:
a. Audio Source
Make sure the audio source is set to System Sound.
Navigate to: Settings > Audio Source
b. Speaker Output
When using headphones, ensure the correct speaker output is selected in your system's sound settings.
c. Meeting Software Settings
In your video conferencing or meeting application, set the speaker output to System Default for optimal compatibility.
2. Audio Settings
- System Sound (Default): Best for online meetings, classes, and video/audio calls.
- Microphone: Ideal for offline use like in-person conversations or live events.
3. Translation area only displays one line
Option 1: Go to Settings > Preferences
and increase display lines.
Option 2: Hover over the bottom-right corner of the window and drag to resize.
4. Translate Your Speech and Broadcast It to Others
This feature works with apps that allow selecting a microphone (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
1. Click the Settings icon to enter the translation setup.
2. Watch the demo video for your chosen app, then click Close.
3. Accept the virtual sound card installation prompt and click Yes.
4. Click Install, then restart the iTour Voice Translator.
5. Click Enable Speech Translation, choose your language, and start translating.
6. Your translated voice will now be broadcast in real time to the other party.
5. How to Log In via WeChat on PC
1. First, log into your WeChat account on your mobile phone.
2. On the Windows app, click the floating toolbar > Log In > select Scan QR Code.
6. How to Recharge Your Account
1. After logging in, click Recharge to open the top-up page in your browser.
2. If you see "Account mismatch" error:
It means the account in your browser differs from the app.
3. To resolve:
In the browser, click the avatar icon in the top-left > Log Out > then re-login using the same account as in the Windows app
