Does the app support photo or image translation?
Absolutely. You can take a photo or upload an image with text, and the app will automatically detect and translate it.
What is the difference between source and target languages?
In offline mode, the device supports 21 languages as source languages —these are the languages you speak into the device. These can be translated into 57 target languages. However, not all target languages can be used as source languages. For example, English can be both a source and target, but some languages are only supported as targets. You can view the full list of compatible pairs in the app.
What is the system language?
The system language refers to the language displayed in the device interface, such as menus and settings. For our iTourtranslator App, the system supports 51 different languages, covering most countries and regions worldwide.
